Ed and I just wanted to thank you again for your craftsmanship and hard work. We do not have the words to express how totally overwhelmed we are by the beauty and detail of the newel post, and the grace and charm of the handrail!!!

In our opinion, the staircase and balcony makes our entry stunning and really stamps the house as a quality place to be, right from the beginning. I wish you could have seen the pride and pleasure we took in unveiling that newel many times on Sunday: we simply had to show it off to the tile guys, the painter, Russ (the builder), and Russ's son and his friend. They were suitably awed, and the painter even compared the workmanship to his wife's grandfather (which I took to be a compliment of the highest order coming from him!).
